The $20 setup fee charged to Companies and Service Providers is non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.

You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support. However, cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

4. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@localhomefix.net within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Service Disruptions

If we experience technical outages or extended downtime, we may issue service credits at our discretion but are not obligated to offer refunds.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. Any changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date.
